My Summer Activities

During the summer, I had to attend summer school to retake a semester of English Language. I had to retake the class in order to raise the D grade from the first semester. This did not bother me however, as I had few plans for the summer. I finished the course in July, and passed the course with an A+.
Of the few things I did this summer, I had practice to go to for marching band. We would meet up during the time of summer school, which would be from 12 pm-3 pm. This would happen every Tuesday and Thursday of the week. During practice we would practice the given songs for the next football season. Then, from 2 pm-3 pm, we would play together as a group to see where we have improved and can improve. Practice ended on July 20th, and that same day, we went as a group to our school pool for recreational swimming. This was a day for everyone to have fun as the pool was open and practice was over.

This summer, my sister began to work and began to save money, she had wanted to take our little brother to a small amusement park for children 3-8 as a late birthday gift to him. The place was called Adventure City, it is nearby Buena Park. We all had fun and spent the whole day there, while my little brother got on many rides. He enjoyed the day, but he did not enjoy the pictures I wanted to take of him and his day. The amusement park was open until 8 pm that night, and we went home.
Before this event, I was invited by my boyfriend to go to a Dodgers game. I had went with his family, being the only one not wearing ANY LA Dodgers gear. The game was to be against the Cubs, and the Dodgers had won that day. Being in the all-you-can-eat buffet, I enjoyed eating so much food.
I had also spent every other weekend with my dad at his Long Beach home. There, I got to see my puppies grow even more. They're a mixed Maltese breed, with there mother having a litter of 3 puppies(2 black, 1 white). The white one is named Sal, as his mom's name is Pepper. The puppies have now turned 9 months old this month on the 6th. I cant wait to see them grow even more!
The rest of the summer, I was excited for the next semester to begin. Since I am now a senior, I was ready to start my final year!
